ORDERING INFORMATION:

Order On-Line: Use our secure on-line shopping cart. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Please go to the item page and click the "Buy Now" or "Add to Cart" button and fill in all required information on the checkout order form. Your credit card information is collected on a SSL secured server hosted by Mals E-commerce. If you have concerns about your information being secure please visit: Mals ecommerce. Order by Phone: For a live person, please try between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m PST Monday thru Friday. Our phone number is (949) 515-1616.

Order by Fax: Place orders 24 hours a day at (877) 577-5677 via fax.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, checks and money orders. We only accept credit cards through the shopping cart. If using a credit card, please fill in the number and expiration date and sign the order form.

Shipment of all products is usually immediate: However, sometimes back orders do occur. When an item is back ordered we will notify you immediately of the delay and the approximate shipment date. If payment is made by personal check then shipment will be delayed until the check clears the bank. Generally personal checks take 7 days to clear before shipment is made.

Shipping - Cont. U.S. Orders:

Regular Delivery - 3 to 5 Days; We ship your order UPS, Fed Ex or Priority Mail. Most orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days of receiving your order.

Shipping Rates - U.S. Only:

For the U.S. only - we charge a flat rate of $4.99 for each order.

Shipping - Outside the U.S. - Canada and Internationally:

For Canada we charge $19.95 in U.S. currency and International orders are charged $24.95 in U.S. currency. Select your shipping destination from the drop down menu in the shopping cart.   We reserve the right to cancel orders. We will ship your order using the United States Post Office - Priority International Mail. We cannot guarantee delivery, but only show you proof of shipment. For traceable shipments, call us about using Fed Ex or UPS. Limit 2 tray max for international orders. Please Note: Canada and International orders typically arrive within 2 weeks, but sometimes can take as long as 5 weeks.

Please carefully inspect the merchandise immediately upon receipt. If any item does not meet your approval, simply return it to VROOM FOODS, INC., within 10-days for a refund (less 10% restocking fee or full credit towards another purchase). Shipping, handling and COD charges are non-refundable. Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer. No returned parcels will be accepted freight collect or COD. VROOM FOODS, INC. is not responsible for returned merchandise that is damaged in shipping.

Important: You must contact VROOM FOODS, INC., for a return authorization number. Without this number, returned merchandise will be refused. This number must appear on the outside of the returned box. Be sure to enclose a copy of your original invoice with your returned merchandise. All items returned for exchange or refund must be new and must include the original packaging materials.

Refunds or credits will be adjusted accordingly in the event items are missing or damaged. Special orders, close-outs and products sold " as is " cannot be returned. Items received by VROOM FOODS, INC., which have been damaged as a result of inadequate packaging or neglect by the customer, will be returned to the customer.

VROOM FOODS, INC., reserves the right to refuse the merchandise, re-ship the merchandise to the customer, or charge a 25% restocking fee under the following conditions:

1) The merchandise was received by VROOM FOODS, INC., after the 10-day trial period. The 10-day period      begins once the merchandise is received by or for the customer from the shipping carrier till the time that      VROOM FOODS, INC., receives the merchandise back at its facilities.

2) The return authorization number was not visible on the outside of the box.

3) The merchandise was incomplete, damaged, used, worn, torn, broken or scratched.

4) The original invoice was not included.

5) The merchandise was ordered by credit card and order was canceled after credit card was processed.

6) The merchandise was ordered but delivery was refused by or for the customer.

VROOM FOODS, INC., maintains the privacy and security of its customers and their personal information. VROOM FOODS, INC., does not and will not sell any of its customer's information including name, address, phone number, e-mail address, credit card information, purchases made or any other information collected from our newsletter or shopping cart.

VROOM FOODS, INC., only uses personal information from its customers to complete the transaction and to verify the validity of the purchase and associated credit card charge being made. VROOM FOODS, INC., may, periodically, use customer's information for its own marketing purposes to notify customers of special sales or promotions, or use a customer's voluntary submission of a testimonial or picture.

1. Understands that as a distributor, they are an independent business, responsible for  their own record keeping and are not an employee of Vroom Foods, Inc. and that all remuneration received from Vroom Foods, Inc. is related solely to the sales of products.
    
2. Has relied upon the information contained within the written guidelines from Vroom Foods, Inc. and information found on this website in making the decision to become a distributor and no other oral or other representation has induced the applicant to enter into distributorship.
   
3. Upon acceptance, agrees to abide with all terms and conditions relating to the sale, distribution and advertising of Vroom Foods, Inc. products as specified in the written guidelines.
   
   
4. Understand that during the application process, references may be checked and the applicant may be asked to supply financial documentation related to the stability of their company.
   
   
5. After initial application has been reviewed, if applicable, written guidelines will be provided and a company representative will be in contact with further instructions.
